Waverley Abbey College main campus – Farnham

Waverley Abbey House, Waverley Lane, Farnham, Surrey GU9 8EP

The Waverley Abbey College main campus is a beautiful place to study, set near Farnham, in the heart of the Surrey countryside. Set in a Grade II listed building, we have multiple classrooms, offering a great space to study whilst adhering to government guidelines. Sessions will also, when needed and appropriate to do so, be delivered via live streaming or online – for example, when students need to work remotely due to self-isolation. We continue to work diligently on the structure of our teaching, to ensure that those needing to study remotely are still able to interact appropriately with those studying in the House.

Our main classrooms benefit from great natural light, high ceilings and space. A great deal of work is currently underway to ensure that we have carefully prepared for the safest possible, socially distanced return to face-to-face teaching and learning.

The dining room, lounge, coffee bar and 135 acres of land allow plenty of comfortable social spaces away from lectures. With a bookshop to browse around, a library housing over 4,000 books, on-site parking and accommodation with 17 bedrooms, Waverley Abbey College’s main campus provides the ability to study on-site whilst staying as safe as possible during this time.

We continue to plan and adapt for different teaching scenarios and this is a process that we will review on a regular basis.

We are excited to welcome new and continuing students to Waverley Abbey House and to share the space and beauty of our surroundings, alongside the dedicated teaching and support from our lecturers and staff.
