Directions to Pilgrim Hall

Pilgrim Hall is situated in a delightful part of East Sussex just off the A22 London to Eastbourne road (B2192). Trains from London travel to Lewes and Uckfield rail stations, and buses and coaches travel to Uckfield or Lewes bus stations.

From London

M25 anti-clockwise: At Junction 7 join the M23, then take the A264 at Junction 10 towards East Grinstead. Join the A22 towards Eastbourne, passing through Forest Row, Wych Cross, Nutley and by-passing Uckfield until you come to the roundabout at Halland. Turn left onto the B2192 towards Blackboys and Heathfield, Pilgrim Hall is about 1 mile on the right.
M25 clockwise: At Junction 6 join the A22 towards East Grinstead and Eastbourne, passing through Forest Row, etc (as above).

From the South

On the A27 (at a point where it is signposted to Eastbourne and Newhaven) take the first left and go through the Cuilfail Tunnel and then take a right at the roundabout. Follow signs to Ringmer B2192. Go through Ringmer continuing along the B2192 towards Heathfield (a very long stretch of straight road) until you reach Halland roundabout. (The Forge motel is on the corner as well as a car dealership.) Go straight over at the roundabout, Pilgrim Hall is about 1 mile on the right.

Public Transport

Trains from London Victoria go to Lewes and Uckfield. You will find taxis at both stations. Uckfield is nearer to Pilgrim Hall, so the taxi fare is cheaper. Coaches also run from London’s Victoria Coach Station to Uckfield.
