Study Skills Day
Waverley Abbey College offers a Study Skills Day. This day aims to prepare and encourage students in the basics of academic study.
The day explores effective study skills, taking notes, structuring and writing essays, and referencing. There will be an opportunity to practise what you have learnt and time for you to discuss and ask questions.
The day is ideal for those entering the BA (Hons) Counselling programme or the Waverley Certificate of Christian Counselling programme. It is suitable for those who have never studied at this level before or as a refresher for those wishing to brush up on their academic writing skills.

Waverley Abbey College submitted an annual return to the Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education (QAA) in December 2016 that demonstrates that it is continuing to maintain academic standards and enhance the quality of student learning opportunities and information about learning opportunities.
